new hitchhiker placed today somewhere in MD

Well 2/3 of the Apple Dumpling Gang had a pretty successful day.  Cat was feeling so sick and stir crazy that she really wanted to go out but didn't want to leave the house.  (how's that for an oxymoron?)  We dodged a couple of bullets, got lost, called home for clues to new locations, hiked, sweated, and after all was said and done, snared 4 boxes.

During our travels we found a lovely, lakeside home for "The Tramp," our latest hitchhiker.

We want to take a moment to thank Cat's hubby, Conan the Grammarian for looking up the clues while we patiently waited in a parking lot.

Box on!

P.S.  Hey, any updates on the East Coast gathering?

Hope you are all well. The Fugit family visited your Box O' Rocks
Mystery box this weekend (as well as a nearby box and Squirrel's new
Black Hill Shore box). Thank you all for productive and enjoyable
family time! We hope to visit the Gambrill box soon, as our friend
Ranger Dave works there. Keep those HHs coming...we plan on launching
our own soon [praying to the artistic carving gods].

Peace,

Donna
